Colours
Lists of colors with HEX RGB codes are provided below.

Make your own color:

If you are not satisfied with provided colors feel free to play with a color coder application - make your own color in no time!
Just make sure to save the HEX code, next to "#" symbol, since this is the only code needed for the custom color option in GTA Crews option!

Official color catalogue:

There is an official table of color names with its codes provided on wikipedia page. However accordig to my experience those colors for one reason or another appear to be darker in game. Hence I recommend to use list of custom colors below. Remember - you will need only HEX code!
  1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors:_A%E2%80%93F
  2. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors:_G%E2%80%93M
  3. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_colors:_N%E2%80%93Z

Custom color catalogue:

Unlike official colors that may not look as desired in game, those, custom colors, look exactly as presented on the screenshots, since they were found and tested in the game, using games' lightning, shades and textures. Remember - you will need only HEX code!

Notes
Troubleshooting:
  • If color code does not save and HTML error occures - make sure the page language is set to English;
  • If you do not have an option to manage the color or the crew - make sure you are having the Lieutenant position or higher in your crew hierarchy.

Important notes:
  • Only Lieutenants or higher positions in the crew hierarchy have access to managing crew color;
  • Primary and secondary color options for vehicles are availabe only after reaching crew rank 20;
  • The vehicle remains painted into crew custom color even after the crew custom color is changed later on by the crew, unlike the crew emblem, that was displayed on the vehicle;
  • Player can apply pearlescent on the custom crew colors;
  • If the vehicle was painted into the crew custom color then painted into the chrome color, crew custom color remains over the chrome layer creating an interesting double layer chameleon paint;
  • Crew custom color may receive the matte effect if the vehicle was painted into any of matte paints before, although the reboot of the game may required;
  • All the colors presented on the screenshots have a default black pearlescent applied.

This guide is not complete and will be filling up with more and more bright, colourful, juicy paints! Shall you find any other interesting color feel free to share it with us in the comment section below! Just make sure to attach the screenshot and type in any of the codes (HEX or RGB).

@wartortie yes, they do, even if the crew color was changed.
LordTurtallo™ 8 sept. 2019 la 14:01
however, do the colors remain if you change the crew color?

Believe me or not, most of these will look terribly bright and will hurt your eyes. Anything that's in top 20% of brightness will (use google to get a handy color tool by searching #xxxxxx).
And you haven't even shown the way to put all the colors in the game, you don't get full variety using normal method. There's a lot of grammar mistakes too.

Self-promotion, but I have a way more in-depth guide on crew colors that has much more useful info.

For everybody having problems with certain colors: there is a community tool on the gtaforum, seach for crew colors it'sa abig topic with some crews for special colors. Anyway there is a link that you save as a bookmark and call when you want to set your custom color in the crew menu. It helps you to get blocked colors this way. Got some cars with #000000 Black this way.

The darker colours don't apply. They just get brightened.

These don't work. The colour wheel apparently can't go as dark as some of these do.
