my hunter uses a bow and he takes his time inbetween his shot to be more accurate and he just ends up missing

In real life, thee power-armored soldiers with grnade launchers and machine guns would win against 10 tribals without taking a single hit, just mow a bunch down and the rest run. In Rimworld, the soldiers don't stand a chance against ten tribesmen, because guns have hobbled range and everyone has super-morale.
