Blade2k9's GTA5 Billionaire Tutorial (Singleplayer)

This guide describes how to get over 1 billion dollars in singleplayer without cheats to help getting the achievement "A Lot of Cheddar", where you have to spend 200 Million dollars ingame to get the achievement. This Guide has been last testet on GTA5 Version 1.58 Build 2545.

nessessary preparations

Hello my friend!
You decided to make achievement hunt for GTA 5 Singleplayer and want to know how to get extremely rich without any cheats? No problem, i will tell you how, but in first i have a bad message for you: you might have to restart the whole game for that trick to work!

first step:

• do all main missions until you get the "hotel assassination" mission from Lester
  a Gold-ranking in missions is NOT needed, you can rush through the game as fast as you can

second step:

• finish the "hotel assassination" mission from Lester, but DONT DO ANY OTHER ASSASSINATION MISSION YET!

---Optional:---

You could theoretically invest your current money with all three characters into BAWSAQ - Betta Pharmaceuticals [BET] stocks BEFORE you start the hotel assassination. After Mission finished, the stock will raise in some minutes up to maximum amount of 49,99%. When the peak is reached, sell the stock emediately with all three characters!

third step:

• go on with playing the main missions until you finished the game and see the ending credits video.

fourth step:

• you should now have gotten all the money from the last heist, what means around 30-40 Million Dollars and you can now start the "money trick"

INFO: this guide is now some months old since it has been created, so i have to warn you, that as stated by Borat6ix9ineNice: "some values are not up to date in 2k20" and possibly furthermore. As far as i know know, the overall functionality is not handycapped by now, so this guide should still work properly.

INFO2: In my videos i did the sleeping with Michael, but you can pass more time (12h), if you sleep with Trevor instead. But makes the fine tuning of the stock prices a bit risky maybe.

Part 1 - Lester-Mission: The Multi Target Assassination

before mission start

• at the LCN invest with all three characters into the Debonaire [DEB] stock

after mission finished

• go to sleep and check your LCN on a regular basis
  
• at approximately ~50 percent raise sell your whole Debonaire [DEB] stock with all three characters

directly after Debonaire [DEB]-sellout

• at the LCN invest with all three characters into the Redwood [RWC] stock
  
• go to sleep and check your LCN on a regular basis (can maybe last up to 7 days till first effect)
  
• at approximately ~300 percent raise sell your whole Redwood [RWC] stock with all three characters

Part 2 - Lester-Mission: The Vice Assassination

before mission start

• at the BAWSAQ invest with all three characters into the in Fruit [FRT] stock

after mission finished

• go to sleep and check your BAWSAQ on a regular basis
  
• at approximately ~25 percent raise sell your whole Fruit [FRT] stock with all three characters

directly after Fruit [FRT]-sellout

• at the BAWSAQ invest with all three characters into the in Facade [FAC] stock
  
• go to sleep and check your BAWSAQ on a regular basis
  
• at approximately ~30 percent raise sell your whole Facade [FAC] stock with all three characters

Part 3 - Lester-Mission: The Bus Assassination

after mission finished

• at the BAWSAQ invest with all three characters into the in Vapid [VAP] stock
  
• go to sleep and check your BAWSAQ on a regular basis
  
• at approximately ~100 percent raise sell your whole Vapid [VAP] stock with all three characters

Part 4 - Lester-Mission: The Construction Assassination

before mission start

• at the LCN invest with all three characters into the GoldCoast [GCD] stock

after mission finished

• go to sleep and check your LCN on a regular basis
  
• at approximately ~50 percent raise sell your whole GoldCoast [GCD] stock with all three characters

Bonus tutorial with random encounter "Tinkle Stock Investment"

HOW TO GET THE ACHIEVEMENT "A LOT OF CHEDDAR"?

You have to spend 200 Million Dollars from the money you made with this trick, For example you can buy properties with your characters, to get the achievement "A Lot of Cheddar"! To spend your money in properties you have to check your singleplayer map and look for symbols of buyable properties, for example the cinemas with Michael. Then you have to drive to the symbol, go to the sell sign and buy it when it prompts. After you spended 200 Million Dollars in total, the achievement should pop.

i recommend you reload your savegame and try again. then do exactly as shown in my video. if it doesnt help, i dont know.
