Armorer Brute Force build focus entirely on heavy firepower & defense, making it an incredibly tough nut to crack. An ideal build for close combat that bode well with blitzkrieg tactic, ensuring a heist objective been done faster.

This build comes in 2 version, the first version focuses on tactic & more direct to support roles; while the second version focuses more on offensive & speed.

FAQ
For this section, I would answer all those FAQ regarding this build.

Q: Why Infamy 3 & Level 100?
A: To maximize the potential of the build with 120 skill point.

Q: Why I need to pick Set Of The Corrupted Infamy?
A: To reduce the cost of skill point for Mastermind skill tree (Inspire).

Q: Why I need to pick The Slaughterhouse Set Infamy?
A: To reduce the cost of skill point for Enforcer skill tree (Overkill).

Q: Can I use it despite not having 120 skill point?
A: You can, but it is not recommended with One Down enable or in Death Sentence difficulty.

Q: Why I need DLC?
A: Cause the build either need perk, throwable, weapon modifier &, etc that only available from DLC.

Q: Can I use this build even though I do not own or only own part of those DLC mentions in the requirement?
A: If you do not own any of those DLC mentions in the requirement, the answer is no. If you own some of the DLC, it depends on the circumstances.

For example, if a build requires you to either use weapon attachment from Gage Weapon Pack #01 or Gage Spec Ops Pack and you happen to owned only Gage Weapon Pack #01. Instead of using weapon attachment from Gage Spec Ops Pack, you can just use weapon attachment from Gage Weapon Pack #01.
Strategy & Method
  • Your advantage lies primarily on close combat, try to keep a short distance between you & the enemy.

  • If your armor is broken, get to cover immediately or aim for the head. Bullseye skill is exceptionally helpful in such a cases.

  • Your secondary weapon covers the weakness of your primary weapon, try to adjust the ammunition type to have the best compatibility rate. If you are using IZHMA 12G Shotgun, use Flechette ammo type for The Judge. On the other hand, if you are using Breaker 12G Shotgun, use AP Slug instead.

@ChineseMan Unlike Dragon Breath, your shot with 000 Buckshot from the front won't directly kill the shield unit. It would knock it down for you to have the space to shoot them due to Shock & Awe.

But if you going to pick between 2 ammo that provide long range firepower so you can have decent capability to deal with sniper. AP Slug is much preferable cause it can at least counter shield unit. But nothing to stop you from using Flechette if you wanted to.

@ChineseMan While the Bliztkrieg version of this build doesn't use either of those ammo types. It is simply because it is made for a brute firepower cqc combat. With the lack of ammo bag as alternative ammo supply, the use of Flechette or AP Slug is definitely out of question.

The Tactic & Support is more balance in term of offensive, defensive & survivability while the Bliztkrieg is more on offensive. Thus, just pick the choice you like.

@ChineseMan As for why AP Slug was chosen. If your primary weapon choice is Breaker 12G Shotgun with 000 Buckshot, you won't be able to counter shield unit decently. Surely Shock & Awe is there to help, but sometimes you can conserve more ammo by just using AP Slug to headshot those shield unit.

Plus, the AP Slug also have decent range to against sniper. Ammo won't be an issues for Flechette & AP Slug either since you have ammo bag as secondary deployable.

@ChineseMan To be in sync with primary weapon. When you use Dragon's Breath Round with IZHMA 12G Shotgun, you lack of effective range weapon to deal with sniper since Dragon's Breath efficient range is only up to 30 meter.

DB cannot deal damage to any unit beyond 30 meter, it is also the reason why I recommend Reconnaissance Sight for this gun in the first place so you can measure the distance & use Flechette instead to deal with it.

If you wondering why I did't use pistol or smg to deal with it. The answer is insufficient skill point to invest on either of it to make the breakpoint decent enough to be used.

Why flechette/AP slug rounds? I thought flechette were used for memes and AP slug were full of shit.

@ChineseMan Depends on your primary goal. If you want to break dozer visor effectively, HE is a much prefer choice. For crowd control, dragon breath is the way to go.
