Kliekies young adult blond male always disappears as well as this vice young adult male when the hippy male and dreisdens blue collar worker is put in. I also have a feeling that a mod i had that collected the mods and assets of each game and loaded them each game is still doing its business even after i unsubscribed from that mod and deleted cache and cookies afterwards and updated steam after restarting computer! Can you talk to penguin and see if you can add this male to penguins diverse citizen mod pls? None of you seem to know the answer to this so are all keeping quiet about it.

I have found i can get him if male hippy and driesdens green mechanic is not added. The other metrasexual young male blonde is also not seen wyhen those are present. Have tried witrh and without penguins diverse mod. Have you tried using all the citizens at once to see if there are conflicts? Would customs cars also be a conflict or just other citizens?

I found the green cop again so the only one now i dont have is this fonzie dude. Im going to get rid of one of teh pother males as it must be competing i also noticed way too many hippy men at uni so im going to get rid of him to so fonzie may arrive. Have you tried putting all the citizens in the game to see if any conflict?

How can i tell if I’ve reached my asset limit as my 'mod for limits' only tells me if I have reached active vehicle limit of 16k & prop building & road nodes limits etc but where is a mod for the asset limit? & dont tell me its the loading mod either as that only tells u what mods arent working but not if you've reached your limit! I can see white detective your blue handiman & negro builder worker, your sexy hooker & your educated librarian with glasses but cant see this cool fonzie dude. I also cant see alien metrocop which is another half life citizen unlike your vice citizens. Regardless please update them all for green cities euro (& snowfall in Nov) as they are all in red when loading mod spins round. The redneck & hippy family may also compete. Can I have all of them and use penguins diverse crowd mod? I've tried them with the diverse mod & without & havent noticed any difference.

Big green cops? Maybe it’s a graphic glitch? If you have a screenshot I would like to look at them. I haven’t play this game in a while so I don’t what’s going on but I will check tomorrow if I have time. Maybe there is a mod conflict and that’s why you’re not seeing this citizen but I will try to find out the problem.

I think the male hippy replaces him. I presume as a young male he will be found in unis and not high schools>?

I've downloaded this cool guy but i can never see him i have most of teh other citizens as well so which other modded citizen is he in conflict with or will be found only in universities which ive already search around? I also have only seen the big green cops once in any game and have taken screenshots if you want to look at them.
