Report a translation problem
The best way to do this would be to have your Custom Empires only "always\force spawn", and have more Custom Empires than you do AI Empires in your game.
I didn't actually change anything, because as far as I can tell it's still the same.
So I just updated the file and the version compatibility text.
I haven't even tested it honestly, but I'll try soon. Let me know if you think its not working :)

Unfortunately I haven't played Stellaris for many months, let alone looked at this mod.
There's the possibility I might update it in the future, but don't even have Stellaris installed right now.
This mod was really really simple, so I'm hoping someone else could just update it to be compatible with the latest version and take it over?
