dawg I made this mod like 4 years ago, I had no idea how to model stuff then. the mesh is different from vanilla and if you want the original spikey glass I suggest you put in the effort to find another one somewhere else or make it yourself.

Try opening the skyrim launcher and waiting for it to say all mods are done.

You get the armor set for yourself after you defeat him.
