Fade Balance

Description
Changed Fade energy model:

*Fade now regenerates 20 energy per second (from 10).

*Blink starting cost increased to 20 energy (from 14), upkeep cost increased to 40 per second (from 32).

*Swipe cost increased to 16 energy (from 7).

--Blink Changes--

*Blink speed gain over time increased from 1 per second to 4 (max speed reduced from 25 to 22).

*Ground movement and fall landing are now silent during Blink, to encourage stealthy long Blinks.

--Stab Changes--

*Stab also unlocks Void Blast.

*Void Blast deals 20 Heavy damage in a 2.5 radius surround the Fade upon exiting Blink ethereal mode.

*Stab animation speed increased by 50% (length reduced from 1.3 to 0.867 second).

*Stab now deals 135 Heavy damage.

--Metabolize Changes--

*Metabolize cooldown increased to 5 seconds.

*Metabolize energy cost reduced from 25 to 10.

*Metabolize net gain 30 energy.

*Advanced Metabolize health gain increased to 40.

*Metabolize can now be used continuously by holding special movement key.

--Bug fixes--

*Fixed Vampirism not healing from Stab.

*Fixed Focus not working on Stab sometimes.

Update:
-Changed Void Blast to trigger at the end of Blink rathat than at the beginning.
-Reverted Blink Void Blast radius to 2.5.
-Increased Metabolize net energy gain from 25 to 30.

-Fixed missing constant bug which was causing console error spam
-Reduced Swipe energy cost from 20 to 16.
-Reduced Blink Void Blast radius from 2.5 to 2.

I'm going to post a link to this mod in the NS2Siege group and ask if this mod or its settings sound good. In Siege Simple right now I have 15% fade boost to blink speed and I have no idea if this change is desired. Right now our Jetpackmarine fuel is heavily modified and allows to stay in the air for a while and the fade apparentlly doesn't have much to counter this.
