Air Dash in Sonic 3 & Knuckles

Beskrivning
Following my mod allowing you to use the Blast Attack in Sonic 3D without a Gold Shield, I was requested to make a Sonic 3 mod. So now you can use the Air Dash without a Flame Shield!

I would love to see a mod with that ring throw from the beta. If you've never heard of it, go watch Cybershell's Sonic 3 Bonus Video. It's a cheat code in the Beta that allows sonic to throw a ring at enemies.

As small of a change as this is, it is a neat idea and I hope the same will be done for the bubble shield's bounce attack and/or the electric shield's double jump in the future.
