Sewing Needle

Description
Boils, Blisters, Guts. Do what they used to do in the olden days, pop them with a needle!

Kills all boils, guts, and variations thereof (including walkers) when you enter a room, and gives you a small damage boost for each one (damage boost varies based upon what is killed)

Ah, yeah, if you have done the Gurdy test, then that work.

TBoI is a game that can survive breaking, because it is only 1 hour per run tops. (Which reminds me a bit of TCGs, in which you can assemble combos that win the game regardless of your opponent's action once they are set up.

It'll kill spawned blisters, too. I've done some tests on abuse potential for sitting in a room with, say, Gurdy. Needless to say, I'm not terribly concerned. It takes a long time to get signifigant amounts. Regardless, the damage bonus is capped, but not at a level someone would ever run into in a normal playthrough.

... Don't Blisters spawn sacks on death?

I assume that anything that spawns after an enemy is killed will survive the sewing needle? (including globin gift champs.)
