Dabbled with props and believe this is the better one. Btw there is enough space for a single road to be run through north side of parking lot between building which would make parking more realistic instead of cars driving over curbs. If you use the MoveIt! mod to distance lot from main snapping road cars will then prioritise to park via road you run through asset with anarchy. Just a thought. Also east side adjacent parking is not active. Meant for props like our Canada Post vehicles in collection. Happy Building.
