How to Toggle Crouch in Rust
By jfilez ツ゚
This guide that I have created will hopefully show you how to toggle duck/crouch, instead of having to hold the default key (CTRL).

The Bind
In Rust, the default key to crouch/duck is CTRL (control).

However, there is a bind that many know of, which will toggle crouch for you!
Here's how you do it:

To start, you are going to need to open up the Rust in-game console, which can be done by pressing the default key binded. (F1)

Next, you are going to need to copy and paste (or type) the following into the console:
bind key(whatever you want) duck
But to unbind however, you just enter:
bind key(the one chosen for the crouch bind) ""

If you would like to stop crouching, just press the crouch/duck key again (CTRL) !

Yeah personally I keep CTRL to hold it and c to toggle so then I press CTRL to stand back up, it’s all preference but sometimes a pain you can’t just press the bind again to stand

Try press the key you binded again, or maybe your CTRL isn't binded, haven't played Rust for a while but I'll check.
