Welsh Lower Leagues to Level 5 plus cups

Description
Changes made to the default database to enable the lower levels of the Welsh Football pyramid, down to level 5.

The Welsh Football pyramid is something of a complicated beast, the version in this data base looks like this:

LEVEL 1:
Dafabet Welsh Premier League

LEVEL 2 (Welsh First Division):
Huws Gray Alliance [Cyrmu Alliance]
Nathaniel MG Welsh Football League Division 1

LEVEL 3 (Welsh Second Division):
Guy Walmsley & Co. Welsh National League Premier [Welsh National League (Wrexham Area) Premier]
Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division 1
SPAR Mid Wales Football League Division 1
Nathaniel MG Welsh Football League Division 2

LEVEL 4 (Welsh Third Division):
Guy Walmsley & Co. Welsh National League 1 [Welsh National League (Wrexham Area) League 1]
Lock Stock Welsh Alliance Division 2
SPAR Mid Wales Football League Division 2
Nathaniel MG Welsh Football League Division 3

LEVEL 5 (Welsh Regional Divisions 1):
North East Wales Football League
Carmarthenshire Football League
The Costcutter Ceredigion League
Autocentres Gwent County FA League Division 1 [Gwent League Division 1]
Gwynedd/Anglesey League
SPAR Mid Wales South League
JT Hughes Football League [Montgomeryshire League]
Neath & District League Premier Division
Manderwood Pembrokeshire League
Swansea Senior League [Swansea & District League Division 1]
Vale of Clwyd/Conwy League
Highadmit Projects South Wales Alliance League Division 1

In LEVEL 5, the North East Wales Football League, Carmarthenshire Football League, Ceredigion League,
Gwynedd/Anglesey League, Montgomeryshire League, Pembrokeshire League, and Vale of Clwyd/Conwy League, are mergers of the regional levels of these league due to the small number of teams. The two levels of the Aberystwyth League have been merged with the Mid Wales South league to reduce the total number of regional leagues to 12, allowing for promotion/reglegation with the leagues above.

Two lower league cups have been enabled, the FAW Welsh Trophy, involving all teams LEVEL 3 and below (including non-playable teams), and the Nathaniel MG Welsh League Cup, involving teams from the Nathaniel MG Welsh Football League (Divisions 1, 2, and 3). Two lower league cups have been created, the Huws Gray Cup, invloving all teams from LEVEL 2, 3, and 4, NOT involved in the Nathaniel MG League Cup, and the J. Emyrs Morgan Cup, involving all teams from LEVEL 5 and below (including non-playable teams). Both of these cups are based on real world cups, but have been expanded to include additional leagues.

I have holidayed through one season and promotion/relegation seems to work fine, the cups have been left on defualt dates so teams participating in multiple enabled/created cups have cup fixtures bunched together, nothing too horrific though, comparable to cup fixtures in Northern Ireland.

I welcome feedback on any issues encountered, I will try to adress them as an when they occur.

Things I've noticed so far:

For enabled leagues, when teams finish on the same points a team is chosen randomly to finish above the other, I will cange this to goal difference, etc.

I haven't changed the region for the Mid Wales South League, therefore a lot of the teams from the Aberystwyth leagues that I put in this league, get moved to the Ceredigion League, this isn't a big issue for me, but the Mid Wales South League does end up with only 4 teams after one season.
