Description
This moral adds a new item into the basement!

~MORAL~

- After defeating 3 rooms without taking damage Isaac gets +1 Damage Up for every room where he didn't take any damage!

- This caps at +3 Damage

- After taking damage the bonus is lost in the next room

Everything works in rep except for losing the +3 damage after getting hit.

The effect, costume, and icon don't really make any sense? They all seem totally unrelated.
