Inspirate in NY [81]

Description
Its a map inspirade in NY.
I use a greyscale map 1:1 to make the base, but i make some small changes:
- Add some montains in borders ( why? because i like montains! :) )
- Only basic highways from all 4 directions
- A little larger rivers for better gameplay in general
