Changes the stats of the hunting rifle to be like a Simonov PTRS 1941 (PTRS-41):
Round: 14.5×114mm (.57 Cal) B-32 API (Armor-Piercing Incendiary) ---> Notice: The bullet may have "incendiary" in the name but it does not set infected on fire.
Damage: 1095

no clue if recoil is broken or not but it launches your view 180 degrees while standing, could you please tone down the recoil if its intentional?
