Edit 2021:
I made this mod when I was just testing the waters of lua code, it is very buggy and the code is awful and I'm not proud of it anymore.
A better alternative to this mod would be this:

This was the first mod I ever wanted to make, but I wasn't experienced enough.. Until now.

Press your [RELOAD] when standing in front of zombies, zombines, fast zombies, and both types of antlions.

This will give you a first person perspective of an half-life 2: Episode One alyx-style fight!

Have fun, it has third person and first person animations for multiplayer!

bsmod has better killmoves but this is more compatible with playermodels funnily enough playermodels with non valve bipeds just tpose with bsmod. with this they do their assigned melee animation

Here's a better mod for this type of thing, I made this mod years ago when I was inexperienced and the code is quite awful for it. I don't have plans to update this mod anymore as there are better alternatives.

For the player? yes

for enemies yes but different anims for different npcs
