If you are talking about what is in the video. It is a game called 'Osu!' and this wallpaper features a beatmap from the game where you click the circles except 32 people are doing a tag-team game. This means that after circle 1 is hit then the next person in line hits circle 2. It is a brief description but i recommend you look for yourself. Heres the link: https://osu.ppy.sh/
