What is kibble?
Kibble is a special type of cooked food that is fed to wild dinos to vastly increase the speed and bonus levels of the taming process. The main ingredient of kibble are unfertilized eggs. These eggs are randomly dropped by wild and tamed female dinos. Every egg creates a specific type of kibble that is enjoyed by a select few types of wild dinos. If you feed the wrong type of kibble to a dino while being tamed it won't like it very much!

Kibble also forms a progression tree that promotes farming the eggs of one type of dinos to be able to create kibble that another type enjoys.
Example: Farming the eggs of dodos will allow you to create dodo kibble which is enjoyed by pteranodons. Farming pteranodon eggs would then unlock a new set of kibble that is enjoyed by another dino type.

How does this mod change kibble?
Circle of Kibble completely changes what kibble is prefered by wild dinos. This mod rebalances kibble progression based on related roles, character level and relative strength of the dino. The tree is broken into 5 categories that generally define the roles of dinos in that proximity. They are as follows:

Circle of Kibble

Carnivores - Kill things, harvest corpes raid stuff
Beasts of Burden - Travel, transport and resource gathering
Utility - Base enhancers, buff givers, resource suppliers
Companions - Shoulder pets and anti-player dinos
Flight - Creatures that fly generally reside here

This mod is best enjoyed on servers with vanilla or close to vanilla taming values. Higher values makes kibble obsolete and this mod as well.

Additional Notes:

- Tame times and kibble amount needed are same even though the type of kibble has changed for most creatures.

- To make references to dinos in your game.ini file or console commands you need to add "Circle" before the final "C" for the dino class.
example:
Ptero_Character_BP_C ----> Ptero_Character_BP_Circle_C

Hey, has this mod been abandoned/is it functional without bugs?

Any chance I could get the core files for this mod?

Yeah this is looking better than the developers kibble tree, makes more sense. It's a shame you stopped working on it.

@JuEMLu

I am planning on waiting for abberation to come out before I start adding new dinos to the tree.

Hello,
are you planning to change the kibble for the griffin or will it stay as it is?

Thank you so much! We already found the first Alpha Carno. Will look out for more :)

We haven't seen any of the 3 others yet but didn't actually look for them.

Alpha carnos, rexes, and raptors are now spawning. Let me know if you notice something else.

@Feuerqueen

have you encountered alpha mosasaurs, deathworms or wyverns?

Thank you! I really appreciate it. Now we can go on and tame new dinos :)

Something I noticed is: since we play with this mod no one of us (we are 8 on our server) has ever seen any alpha dinos (Raptor, Carno, Rex; we haven't checked the sea.)
Is it possible that your custom spawns also override the Alpha spawns? Could you please look into it and maybe fix it?
Thank you in advance!!
