And no I didn't pay that small amount of keys for it. The person in the screen shot was the middle man we used for the transaction and I gave him like a 10 key tip.
I sold the item about 2 days laters to a collector. And like I said I kept my backpack on private because the collector likes the lowest possible history on his rare items. If you look at some of the other screen shots on my profile of other super rare items I've had in the past there is no reason for me to lie about this one. Anyone who is a collector knows of this item and it's rarity.
