Lord Skellington Follower

Description
Adds a Skellington follower to the game. He can be found in the Sleeping Giant Inn in Riverwood enjoying some music.
He has custom voice clips and is equipped with a bound sword and can heal himself when in trouble. Could never get him to like using his shield, stubborn bugger.

This is my first Skyrim mod by the way, there might be a bug or two that I missed.
