so does it match npc's speed with yours?

Well, now that I've had some sleep and my brain can work a little better (was pulling an all nighter when I sent that message), I'm thinking that it might just be what you say. I have... 113 mods? And I seem to be having issues in general recently. A mod quest has had a dead NPC not appear where they're supposed to on one file, but be there on a new character I created recently, which on the same file, others were missing until I started playing again today. Skyrim's been doing a lot of crashing it seems too. (randomly closes out) I love all my mods, but this is getting ridiculous...

That's weird! I haven't been able to replicate that issue so far, but I appreciate the heads up. If it happens again feel free to let me know; hopefully it was just a random engine issue.

Okay, so I reloaded the save and now everything seems to be working fine, but I still think what I said is at least worth noting just in case.

Oh dear, something appears to be wrong... Everything gets all wonky when in first person view. Mainly the fact that I can't sprint at all anymore. Every time I go to hold down the alt key to do so, instead my character does a very short and rather useless dash of sorts. Also, the other speeds seem to be unaltered in first person. Everything seems to work just fine out of first person, but I prefer first person so I'm afraid that'd be a deal breaker for me if that can't be fixed.... :/ This seems to be the only mod of it's kind so I'm really hoping it can be.

Hey, sounds good to me! I'll sub right away. :3

@Korsall - Yes, the slowest movement speed (holding shift, etc.) is increased by 25%! :D:

Hmm, before I download this, I want to make sure I'm understanding this. Walking, the slowest movement speed, toggled by holding shift or tapping caps lock, is what gets the boost? If so, I'm in. I don't know what to think about the slower running/sprinting, but I'll wait to see that for myself. I'm just tired of being out-walked by NPCs somehow and not being able to go up stairs in houses while walking...

This mod isn't clean. It conflicts SOMEHOW with XBOX360 controller for Windows and prevent sprinting 95% of the time for any possible key mapping, even mod that remaps controls. Sprinting simply almost never works with a 360 gamepad.

Works fine with a keyboard and mouse though.

Doesn't work well. The animation slows down so much that it would only make sense if the player was 10ft tall, and you have to sprint everywhere. It also makes the final Theifves' Guild quest impossible to complete.
