Description
A chest in Hod and Gerdurs' home in Riverwood will provide a new adventurer basic armors and weapons right off the bat. Contains: Heavy and Light armors, All types of Iron weapons, 150 Iron Arrows, and Hunting Bow. 2 Swords and Daggers for dual-wielding.

The mod seems to overwrite a bunch of other chests, I've found the chest marked "Basic adventurer starter kit" or something to that effect in a few other houses and even dungeons (bumped into one in Mzinchaleft just now). Also you have to steal from these chests.
