Update Blackwood DX11 for rFactor2

Description
This is a conversion of the famous Live for Speed Track Blackwood.
With permission of www.lfs.net.
reworked nightlights, nightglow, bridgeligths, Loading screens, recorked racesurfaces, optimized pitbuilding, Ironman Elektric Posts and wire and Reflection,
starting Grid AIW and Skidmarks, bugfixes added classic- and rallylayout with bumby tarmack surface, bugfixes GP AIW, added more Skidmarks
Blackwood has one road- and one rallycross course each in both directions),situated in England's countryside.
It is known for its versatility, because it contains a bit of everything.
This environment is also available in the LFS S2 demo at website address www.lfs.net

Hello, first of all, what I do is not to do the competition, since what I am learning about how to make a circuit basically, what happens is that I have a problem with one thing that is to set the finish line for That it is seen on the road where the circuit begins and when I enter the dev mod, it is not seen.
If you can help me I would appreciate it

Just wondering if there is a plan to fix the garages. When I drive GT3 cars at this track they get stuck in the garages because the back roller doors are too low and marked as collision targets, so the back wing of the car gets caught on the door.
Other than that I absolutely love this track and thank you for bringing it to us.

Please, any chance to get a fix for some buildings that pop up very late?
(Was that noticed by any one else? :vitellary:)
I've noticed it at 3 points on the track. It's the only thing that bothers me a lil bit...

your' rigth. there are some dark holes..
so i try to improve this by setting additional mobile lights next time. thanks for your hint. :-)

I tested it and there are a couple of dark spots on the track, so it is difficult to see a rival in the mirrors.

thanks for your hint. That was intended.

There should be no need to use headlights, because i mounted many street lights, so it's brigth enough and you can drive at night without having headligths. Check it out.

There is a little bug - AI is not using headlights at night + you don`t have warnings for not using them too. Can you fix this?
