Stormcloak General Armor

Beefs up the "Stormcloak Officer" armor set for your last battle for Solitude.
I wanted to show my allegiance, but the officer armor was drastically underpowered compared to my nightingale.

Added a chest just to the left of the throne with the armor in it for those weary of console commands.

This is my first mod and I really just did it because I had no internet to watch tutorials and it took all of 5 minutes. As I had already almost completed Liberation of Skyrim when I made this, I simply used console commands to obtain the armor, though I plan on integrating it into the questline as I become more familiar with the Creation Kit and modding in general.
