personally I think he should do a little more damage, kinda like little Brimstone, and be a devil deal Item of sorts :D It alwasys feels a little off when a full Charge doesnt fully kill a poop or fly

OP, you should make him shooting lil brimstone's lasers, and with a long charge time.
