Have you been in the situation where you run out of estus right before you beat the boss and die because of it? With this guide, I will tell you how much estus you can possibly have before any major bosses.

How much Estus can I have before these bosses?

Without beating Dancer early:
Iudex - 4 estus flasks
Vordt - 6* estus flasks
Greatwood - 7 estus flasks +1
Sage - 9 estus flasks +2
Abyss Watchers - 10 estus flasks +3
Wolnir - 11** estus flasks +6
Pontiff/Yhorm - 12*** estus flasks +8
Aldrich/Dancer - 13 estus flasks +8
Dragonslayer Armor - 14 estus flasks +9
Twin Princes - 15 estus flasks +10


Notes:
*using the tree to jump to the trading area or buying the tower key
**going to Smoldering Lake beforehand
***Going through Irithyll Dungeon and Profaned Capital beforehand

If you beat Dancer early, add one estus flask and one bone shard to the count up until Dragonslayer Armor.
