Small Post Office by Exurbanite

Overview

A modest mid-century style post office suitable for rural areas and small towns, typical of the American Midwest and Intermountain West. Designed with detailers in mind as well as those who appreciate wall-to-wall assets. May look small compared to other workshop assets but it is at appropriate human scale.

I would like to think of this asset as a small milestone -- at the time it was the first dedicated American-style post office to be uploaded on the workshop. This post office will hopefully lead a series of other small post offices included within my Main Street Americana collection. This asset is also my first model with color variation and with 3d sign-lettering.

Inspired from a real building in Evanston, WY.

Hey Exurbanite, I uploaded the file. It's now good. If you want to put a note in this items information(for your users) that there is a dlc version, you can do so. @hkcgalantfan001 well I would share the original fbx files and maps with you but steam nukes all my links to file sharing sites whenever I try to post it. I could link a pic of the url lol...can't really think of an alternative solution. Never had this problem before.
