How much do you process

You process 10% of your reserve resources at a time, to a maximum of 2500. So even if you have say 200k of Fuel, you'll still only process 2500 at a time.

How often it happens

How often that happens depends on your Base Development Unit level. The default time is 60 mins but you can lower it.

BDU Level 1-4 = 60 mins.

BDU Level 5-13 = 48 mins

BDU Level 13-24 = 36 mins

BDU Level 25-40 = 25 mins

BDU Level 41-60 = 15 mins

BDU Level 61-84 = 12 mins

BDU Level 85-99 = 10 mins.

2500 is the maximum cap/limit for :-

• Fuel
  
• Common Metal
  
• Bio

1250 is the maximum cap/limit for :-

• Minor Metal

250 is the maximum cap/limit for :-

• Precious Metal

What to do if your unprocessed materials are maxed out / capped / at limit.

Go to the resources from the menu.

Sell the amount you think you will be able to cover up if you can.

Yes they do. Also, if you are having trouble with the lack of resources, FOB raiding is quite an effective way to acquire them.
