Thieves Guild - chests closed

Description
I always found it stupid that after you finish the Thieves Guild quest, the chests,(spoiler) which Mercer Frey robbed (/spoiler), are still open and you can't put any loot in them. I even tried dropping items into the chest but the items would just jump out of the chest next time I visit the Cistern.

Well, this mod changes the opened chests with the closed ones (containers). I made the chests, including the barrel, non-respawning so you won't have any fear of losing your items.

Bluvi ive dropped stuff in those chests on the 360 version and they're still in there just fine. think you're not so lucky? but great mod though:steammocking:

@digahole69 I really don't know why but I just replaced the chests, I didn't touch the door or any scripts regarding it's locking, it may be a bug. Plus someone below said you get the key and you can also use the console command 'unlock' on the door. Sorry that's all I can do :/

ive played the game a few times and after awhile they lock that room and you cant get in there

but nobody thought that after the door closes and you only have as open with the key which is available

To me, the point is to put /your/ loot you've stolen. Besides, during the quest line (SPOILER) the chests get robbed, it would break the immersion.

@BlueGoneCrazy , you should make the chests spawn gold and stolen items to make the vault more realistic.

I think that after a while it gets closed again, to fix it you simply have to go to the console, click on the door and type : unlock. Done, it is open again.
