[CRASH FIX] 0xC0000005 - STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION
By Dragon
I found a way to fix a crash related to memory allocation. If you running Arma 3 on Windows 10 [64-bit] and your game crashing constantly you might try to fix it by following instructions in this tutorial.

I can't guarantee that this will help you but it's worth to try.

  • 4. Click on Apply and go to Advanced

  • 5. Click on Change right next to the Current owner

What fixed this issue for me was going to the parameters in my launcher, going to advanced, checking the box next to Memory Allocator (64-bit) then click the drop down menu, then select JEMalloc allocator, then launch the game.
