Simple mod, it changes how the perk Soul Siphon works in the enchanting tree.

This mod was created about 25% from laziness, 25% from making sense and 50% lore friendly chars (at least that's what I tell myself.)

Basically it changes the default value of soul siphon from 5% to 25%, it still only works on non human creatures.

BUT it does something else! it adds another rank of soul siphon and this rank takes 50% of the targets soul! ANY targets soul, human or creature. It's a tad imbalanced and dose make things a bit easier, but I made it for having a fun play through on an alt who I couldn't be bothered running around getting more and more soul stones for so this was created! :)
