Toest Slays me for unkown reason

Description
Toest slays me in this round for causing damage to my T buddy through the use of an explosion. I used 3 c4's this game and if those hit a T buddy, it's on them for taking damage. You can see that the only explosives I use this game are the 3 C4's and that his report against me wasn't justified.
