Western / Steampunk Carousel Skin

This is a western style Venetian carousel skin although it could fit into other themes as well. It has animated gears that run the carousel which gives it a bit of a steampunk feel to it.

It's meant to have the carousel raised up a bit. Aim to have the top of the carousel railing about even with the railing of the ride skin.

I left a green/red box to help in skin placement. The green box should be visible. The red box should not. Delete after placement.
