Bosses have a chance to spawn Boss specific items like
Mask of Infamy -> Isaac's Heart, Infamy
Mega Maw -> Spoon Bender
Peep -> Number One, Plop!, Peeper
etc.
But rember there's only a chance and not a guarantee

1. Throwable Bombs :
Press "Drop" Key and "Bomb" key to hold up a bomb.
Now, you can throw the bomb in a direction by pressing
"Up", "Down", "Left" or "Right", but be fast or the bomb will blow your mind.
A Throwable Bomb won't have the special effects of your other bombs.

1. Chapel can contain:
-A sacrifice light which takes soul hearts for pickups and collectibles
-Some pickups
-Some collectibles
-A bed
-A chest that instantly takes you to the cathedral and gives you some collectibles
-A Pressureplate with random Events

1. Cricket :
-3 Cricket items needed (Cricket's Head, -Body, -Collar, -Tail or Paw)
--damage * 1.15 + ability to fly + tears grow in air and destroy rocks
2. Electric Man :
-3 Laser items needed (Technology, Tech. 2, Tech. Zero, Tech.5, Tech X, Robo-Baby, Robo-Baby 2.0 or Jacob's Ladder)
--automaticly shoots lasers to near enemies
3. Zodiac Fan :
-3 Zodiac signs needed
--gives a damage boost for every zodiac sign you have
4. Tammy :
-3 Tammy items needed (Tammy's Head, -Body, -Collar, -Tail or Paw)
--damage * 1.3 + ability to fly + tears that hit enemies spawn blue spiders or flies

1. Rock Rocker - Look like a red bomb stone but when destroying them, they will destroy all BRock Rocker in the room
2. BRock Rocker - Look like invincible stones, which they almost are,
but they can be destroy by bombing a Rock Rocker in the current room

1. - 6 Orbs - Are obtainable in every color. They give stat boost but they are held in the pill/card slot.
7. Half Black Heart - Gives you a half black heart
8. Two Edged Heart - Gives you a half black - and an eternal heart
9. "I Found Two Pills" pill - Gives two other pills

Orb colors
Red Orb - Damage Boost
Blue Orb - Firerate Boost
Purple Orb - Speed Boost
Green Orb - Luck Boost
Yellow Orb - Range Boost
Orange Orb - Shot Speed Boost

1. Red Colored Rock - Damage Boost
2. Blue Colored Rock - Firerate Boost
3. Purple Colored Rock - Speed Boost
4. Green Colored Rock - Luck Boost
5. Yellow Colored Rock - Range Boost
6. Orange Colored Rock - Shot Speed Boost

1. Eternal Beggar - Deals Soul hearts for Angel Deal items or Pickups

11 - 21 All Eleven Satanic Rules of the Earth as items
22. Watching Eye -Always watching

47. Tammy's Tail -Damage Up
48. Guppy's Body -Soul means POWER
49. Hot Stuff -Might cause Acid Reflux

There also are alternatives to Breakfast, which give stat Boosts instead of Health Ups
