In other words, is the Build version always available for unlimited financing? (The time for repayment is when you demolish it!)
It is very useful for small town startups.

build 모드 건설하고 다시 지워도 돈은 그대로 있나요?

The Build version will be added to the City Finances immediately after construction.
The Day version is added to the city budget.

i did install it in my city threre was no immediate change. do i need to wait for one game day for the effect to be seen?

@arunssr Yes, this asset is construction cost -1000000.
If you build this asset, 1,000,000₡ is added to the city finance.
