Human Handicaps Mod

A fun little mod I created together with a friend for our games against the AI. It provides two features to make games against the AI more challenging:

-- New city upgrade 'Wishing Well': Gives a flat 40 gold income malus to the city it is build in.
-- New spell 'Glory Seeker': Gives +1 def, +1 res and +1 melee and ranged damage on the primary damage channel to all enemy units (this includes independents). Can be recast any number of times to make the effect stack and must be researched first to keep the AI from being able to cast it themselves.
