Description
DREAM PARK is a "meta-genre" RPG system, meaning you can mix and match just about any settings and characters. Victorian Space Pirates, Superheroic Knights fighting Hordes of the Undead, Cybernetic Cowboys dragged into the Civil War.... anything you can imagine can be simulated using DREAM PARK mechanics.

Based on the science fiction novels by Larry Niven and Steven Barnes, the concept is essentially that the players are futuristic LARPers in a massive domed holotheatre. At its core, then, DREAM PARK is a game within a game.

Beyond that, though, the DREAM PARK system is flexible enough to be the engine for any kind of role-playing exercise you might have in mind. If you like your RPG experiences to be imaginative but contained to a fairly straightforward rules system that isn't overly complex, this product is one you'll be interested in.

This TTS port of Mike Pondsmith's game includes complete in-game rulebooks, cards, maps, figurines, a number of additional assets pooled from other popular TTS mods, and makes limited use of the SkyTools stage to allow the Gamemaster to project maps and artwork to the table. The rulebooks were scripted by my friend james.

This is version 1.0 of this mod. I will be using it myself to run RPG sessions with friends (that was the intent behind making it) and as issues and ideas surface I will likely be updating it with improved features and assets. I encourage the TTS RPG community to make their own DREAM PARK tables using any of my assets. I'd be interested in seeing what you all can come up with.

yes many of the asserts in the set bags are out of date. not much i can do about that. i'll see if i can upload the stage skin to the steam cloud for you

Also, some of the table art things glitch when you move the camera, and a few sets have objects that won't load.

The image for the stage is gone.

I was wondering that myself. I think it's the bag of "Pigneedle" RPG assets I included. I should probably curate it a bit more carefully and clean it up. Someday.

I love your work, but I have to ask, how did this mod accumulate 4,000 asset files?

Cool, I still have this packed away somewhere. What a peculiar backstory lol. Cool system though. Loved CP 2020 and the interlock system. Mike Pondsmith, that was my primary reason for picking this up back in the day. Still patiently anticipating 2077 from CD Project Red and a pen and paper reboot. Hope they keep the interlock system. So good for modern combat crunchiness.
