With this Mod you can play as Isek from PM2K's the binning of isek aferberts! He's pretty much just a reskinned isaac, but one thing of note is that his starting item (the d) is functionally a d6, but does not replace the actual d6 item. This is an entirely seperate item created especially for this mod!
