Noice

Description
Replaces the weapon firing sound effects with Michael Rosen saying "noice". Currently only applied to M16A4. Let me know in the comments what other weapons you want this to be applied to.

I just tried it, and it seems to be working fine. So that is strange. Try copying the file to insurgency2/insurgency/custom.

I think you can find the downloaded mod in steamapps/workshop/content/222880

Done. As a bonus, I changed the default rpg reload sound to him saying *click*. Also did it for the m16a4.
