Ancient Falmer Crown: Obtainable and Temperable

Description
Requires Dawnguard DLC

Vyrthur now wears the Crown (added it to his outfit).
It can also be tempered at a workbench (changed armour rating from 0 to 14 and added keywords).
Value was increased slightly (from 350 to 750)

The Crown doesnt protect as much as a helmet does (it only protects the forehead and sides), so I left its armour rating a little lower than usual, and slightly higher than boots/gloves as its head armour

i think al the armor should have 70 base on weakest peice it is supremely awsome armor

One little pet peeve, though. The Snow Elven(Ancient Falmer) Armor has the same armor rating as Glass, and the Glass helmet has an armor rating of 16. So, maybe increase the Crown's armor rating to 16?
