Oh Yeeeaah! Charger Pummel Sound

Description
The charger likes ramming survivors into the ground. Now whenever he is busy with his favorite activity, he occasionally says 'Oh yeeeaah!' like the Kool Aid Man from an episode of Family Guy.
Don't ask me why I made this mod... somebody might find it funny anyway.

Ha! I remember those old TV ads with the Kool-Aid man. I haven't tried it yet, so I'm not going to rate it but this is a great concept.
