Halo Weapon Scripts - M395B DMR

Description
Replaces the default Hunting Rifle scripts with ones that change the weapon's performance to that of Halo 5's M395B DMR.

Changes:

Fire rate - 165 RPM

Magazine size - 15 rounds

This mod was created to go along with Danger Wasp's Halo M395B DMR addon.
