In the past, a Jarl in Whiterun ordered the construction of a big armory, where he would collect weapons, armors, books.
This job wasnt terminated in his legacy, but the guards of actual times asked the new government to finish it. The Jarl accepted, but with some conditions. The Armory will be finished in secret, and the weapons could only be taken by guards.
Now the armory is finished, and not much people knows about its existence. This ones can access it for the price of not talk about it.

What does it have?____________________
It now has weapons of all types, a big pile of books, much armors, staffs, lockpicks, gold, all the ingots and a smithing room with a book that grants you 10 levels of smithing each time you read it.

How to find it?________________________
1) Go to Whiterun and enter through the big door.
2) Walk some seconds and then turn to left.
3) You will see the Guard Barracks now, go in.
4) Walk some seconds forward and turn 45 degrees to right.
5) Step down the ladders.
6) Open the door.
