You can craft it at the Spinning Wheel for 100 pixels each.

- Removed Lamia variant temporarily for a fix.

If you want some feedback I think her skirt should be shorter and her socks over the knees, like in the picture. I made you a mockup. http://i.imgur.com/4MSHGLI.png
