Create awesome gifs fast and easy!

create a gif:
1) spawn and remove lift
(optional: weld to the ground)
2) open the side panels to edit the rgb code
- white/black stripes show what frame it is
- RGB: red green blue code of that frame

play gif:
- buttons: cycle through the frames
- switch: autoscroll
- timer: change speed of scroll

how do you make things like this? (wondering cause i need to make a 26x32, 8 color screen w/o the rgb controler for something i'm thinking of trying to build)
