hahaaaaa I thought there was an alternate solution to the quest where they would team up. It's been a long time since I encountered those guys.

That is the Canterbury Commons quest with the wackos who think they are actually superheros. If you play your cards right, you can get both outfits. That's me and Charon wearing them and getting ready to do deliver white hot justice to anything in the wasteland that moves. (though Charon is only wearing the hat, and the armor is actually Winterized T-51b armor from Operation Anchorage.)

Is that a mod or does that seriously happen?
