Rebalanced Shout Cooldowns (Legendary Edition)

This mod rebalances all shouts for optimal combat use. Lower cooldowns allow more free use of different shouts, but not over-powered spam. The point is to be able to use multiple shouts in a single encounter, but not overthrowing the opponents purely with the shouts themselves.



-All shout cooldowns lowered by 40%-90% (depending on shout's strenght).

-The Legendary shouts (Storm Call, Call of Valor, Call Dragon and Summon Durnehviir) are now almost as fast as the other shouts, but have a "once a day" -limitation.

-The Legendary version includes 7 more shouts, which include Battle Fury, Bend Will, Cyclone, Drain Vitality, Dragon Aspect, Soul Tear and Summon Durnehviir. These shouts are balanced similarly to the base shouts, although I didn't modify Dragon Aspect in any way.

-Amulet of Talos lowers lowers cooldowns by 30% (+10% from default).


The base version of this mod only supports the base game shouts. This mod also changes those cooldowns, but they are balanced with the DLC shouts (this version has overall lower cooldowns). This means that there are differences and these mods won't work together.
