Alchemist's Den - Avonstead

Description
Evergreen Grove is a particuarly empty area of the Falkreath Hold. I added in a modest alchemy-focused playerhome as well as scattering various ingredients and critters to their associated environments in a lore-friendly mannar.

The house is called Avonstead and you can fast travel to it using the same marker as Evergreen Grove. Avonstead features a small blacksmith farmhouse that is connected to a cave system that runs behind and to the right of the house. The cave includes glowing mushrooms, a mond with fish and insects, an alchemy station, and an enchanting setup. Along with a few item racks and shelves, I hope this mod brings you a little extra spark in the magic department of your gameplay.

Thanks it works, reinstalled the mod. The only thing is when I go outside I spawn under the floor outside the house. Everything else looks and works very good, thanks for this awesome mod.

No, matato, you do not need to start a new game, but it helps if you haven't been to Evergreen Grove. I hope you enjoy!

Thank you so much for the video, fled! I really admire your virtual camera handywork. You captured the best parts of my mod. Thank you!

Yes. All chests do not have an assigned owner. and some are ven assigned to the player, do items won't disappear. If they do, tell me IMMEDIATELY and I will fix it.

Are the chests "protected" (items not disappearing after a while) ? Looks freakin' awesome, btw, and the location is perfect :D

Very glad you like it, mac. it did take a while to find the location. I started by going along skyrim's rivers but couldn't find any unpopulated areas with good scenery. Then I came across an alchemist's tent and decided to replace that.
