Subtle animation of a very popular scene in FLCL.
Bokeh headlights scroll slowly in the background. Cigarette glows occasionally.
Plays "Bran-New Lovesong" by The Pillows. Rendered in 1080p. Loops seamlessly.

I recreated the background entirely from scratch using the anime for reference. The cigarette was pulled from a 1080p screenshot, then upscaled using waifu2x. The entire scene was created in photoshop, then layers were imported to Corel VideoStudio X9 for motion/animation.
